Who is a good candidate?

Treatment is most effective for individuals who live a healthy lifestyle. Adequate water intake is essential. Water flushes wastes from the body while hydrating muscles and other tissues. An intake of two liters of water a day is strongly recommended. Muscle movement and exercise are vital to promote lymphatic circulation. A healthy diet filled with necessary ingredients to promote and maintain good health is also important throughout treatment. Wellbox is not recommended if you are pregnant or if you have a heart condition. Please consult your physician before using this device if you have deep varicose veins or if you suffer from migraines.
